Support response drafting assistant

A starting point for service desks: read a scoped, redacted ticket and draft a response without sending it or changing accounts. Analysis template; runtime wiring required.

Download

Import instructions preserve the exact version. Installing, saving to your private Library, and enabling Gateway are separate actions.

Requested access

Foo Guard analysis template, not a client-native runnable configuration. Tool names and scopes are illustrative. Supply real bindings, scoped runtime credentials and redacted audit logging before use; no credentials are included.

Category: Service Desk

Example input or starter prompt

Review this template for drafting a reply from an assigned, redacted support ticket.

Example output

Expected design: scoped ticket reads and draft-only output. No ticket updates, refunds or message sending. Runtime bindings and credentials must be supplied separately.

Usage and setup instructions

Import into Foo Guard for analysis. Replace illustrative ownership and resource scopes, bind actual tools and enforce permissions in your runtime. Rescan after adapting. Do not load directly into an agent client.

Compatibility and prerequisites

Foo Guard JSON analysis format. Not a native MCP, Claude or other client configuration.

Limitations

Declarations are not enforced by this file. No runtime integration or deployed access controls have been verified.
